Are You a Lord?

April 7, 2017 By Παύλος Παύλου

The question posed by the title is not for insulting but for retrieving and searching for elements that confirm or not the query.

A lord is someone who has ownership of life and actions, ownership of project choices and remuneration without obligations to third parties. Although in our everyday life the words lord and lady have social characteristics and are a courtesy of nobleness, the original meaning of the New Testament times concerned the man who had not been deprived of his freedom, who was not a slave.

And Christ explained; If you do things that you do not want to, if you live a life that is not what you want, if you are plagued by external factors without strength for defense, if you succumb to the wills and aspirations of others without your will, then you obviously not a lord, but you are a slave , you have lost your own property, you have become unable to resist, and your life is not the life of the master but the life of the slave.

The only solution? Find out the point where you lost control and return to the lord who offers freedom as the first payment and not to the lord who offers easy solutions but also heavy work as a reward for the services to him.

Clocking in

April 6, 2017 By Παύλος Παύλου

Clocking in when we go to work has a practical effect. It objectively states our presence there and guarantees at least our participation in the work of our employer.

This practice in our everyday life proves that without physical presence and participation in the production of a work, payment is not certain. Besides that, a long absence from work, that can be shown in our personal card, disconnects us from our employer, removes us from the experience that others acquire, leads us to isolation and eventually even the desire to participate in production and in the reward is gradually reduced, becomes indifference at first and eventually becomes enmity and hatred for the employer and his work, becomes poverty and misery.

The wealth we could enjoy is far from us and we experience hell and dead ends. The parable of the talents proves and clearly indicates that the only way to enrich our personal reserves of faith and goods of life is not only our participation but also our personal action based on our existing wealth and on the talents that our creator has endowed us by nature.

Removal, repair, replacement. Β΄

April 5, 2017 By Παύλος Παύλου

Our common sense and our daily practice says and indicates; constantly listen to the function of your consciousness. Do not abandon it because it will also give you up.

When something goes wrong, when something does not produce the expected fruit, do not disregard and do not apply an indifferent attitude that expects someone else to take care of things, that blames others for everything. Listen carefully to the messages that arrive and do not be indifferent. Something small is easily corrected. Big things are hard to repair. Long-term malfunction creates disastrous consequences on your internal mechanism and the proper functioning of your consciousness.

The more you delay control and repair, the bigger the damage becomes, the destruction cannot be repaired, and bane comes fast without obstacles and barriers to delay it. And do not think that what is happening within you is just about you.

They come only from you, but in the end they affect many people around you, they affect society, and the higher you are in a social position, the greater the damage caused by the clutter of your consciousness’ function, the more difficult you can rectify not only your inner world but the damage you have caused to others as well.

Removal, repair, replacement. Α΄

April 4, 2017 By Παύλος Παύλου

From our everyday life, we understand how important are all three of the terms, removal, repair and replacement, because in almost all of our events we apply these principles.

Is something bad or problematic? We remove it. Can it be repaired? We repair and put it back in its place. Can’t be repaired? We replace it. In short, whenever we find a problem in operating a mechanism, we do not destroy the mechanism, but we pinpoint the problem, repair the damaged or defective part, and we replace it with a new one only as a last resort. And while this is the practice in our everyday life for all the things we use, when we come to the issues of our inner world we do not apply the same simple principles.

We are indifferent to any damaged or defective part of our consciousness that we identify, we do not take care of repairing damaged parts but we abandon its operation to the unclaimed. And of course the result is not only dysfunction or noisy consequences, but often the result is disastrous, as our consciousness is impressed and seeks tools far from the truth, and its fruits are not producing and revealing joy and peace anymore

Redistribution of Wealth

April 3, 2017 By Παύλος Παύλου

The title indicates the process of transferring wealth from one person to another. Someone has something and gets something more that adds to what they already have, so they get richer. Someone has something and loses it, making them poorer.

In other words, the acquisition adds and the loss reduces our existing wealth. And this is not only true in acquiring what is necessary for our everyday lives, but it also applies to our inner world, our mental world, which depends not only on my everyday life but also on my future. However, while in daily transactions we are capable of gaining, increasing our wealth, as a rule this is not the case in our dealings and exchanges when we come to our inner world.

Whether out of ignorance or out of pitiful and doubtful interest, we overlook the profits of our inner world and focus our interest only on physical and material goods and how to increase them, while if we were more careful, we could have physical and material goods, without our inner world suffering.

The ignorance of the values of life, the sloppiness, the bad choices, the disinformation, the power of our environment has on our decisions, have the effect of increasing our wealth, while becoming more and more poor in our inner world; beggars and unable to resist to the things that obviously damage our personal life.
