The starting point of apostle Paul’s teaching in the Supreme Court is the assurance that the creator exists and has given us reason and logic, elements which the Greeks, then and today, understand very well, precisely because we are endowed with this charisma, to distinguish between rational and irrational, good and bad, to be able to distinguish between beneficial and harmful.

Of course, this ability has nothing to do with the end result of our lives, not because the talent, the gift that we have is harmful or defective, but because we do not want to use it or when we use it many times, the way we use it is irrelevant to reality but we want to cover up our other pursuits behind the creator’s faith and the supplies he has given us.

And this proves that while we have the name and the means to travel and manage our daily lives properly and with prospects of eternity, in the end, the supplies become obstacles, the challenges of upgrading and rebuilding become volcanoes and personal boilers of hell, the gifts become abhorrent, the knife, instead of a scalpel removing rotten parts of the body, becomes a deadly instrument to remove – real or metaphorically – the lives of others.

And of course, by fighting with each other, not only do we not secure the future; but on the contrary, we are mortgaging our individual lives and the lives of future generations, to a damaged perspective. Because, instead of cultivating and leaving supplies to the next generations, we not only waste carelessly our daily life, but also end up leaving burnt land behind us, land that is inhospitable, desert land and not fertile one that can produce life-long fruits.

The Meeting

The meaning of the meeting is very valuable to everyday life.

Through a meeting we give and we take; through it, our lives become social and productive. Without meetings, there is almost no life.

From the baby that, once born, starts looking for its mother, to the dying old man who wants to meet his loved ones for the last time, our lives are nothing more than meeting experiences: with friends, relatives, teachers, coworkers and without meeting our lives are not smooth but far from it.

Through people’s meetings, the day-to-day decisions of our lives are being made, from the international stock markets that determine the economy to significant other with which I want to spend most of my time.

This practice was used by Christ himself to convey the message: he met not only his disciples, but he also met the Samaritan, the Centurion, and dozens of other people with whom he exchanged views, laid down teachings, and explained the secrets of life, present and eternal.

Christ – and, later, his disciples – did not use personal and definitive isolation from the world, but instead met with countless people of all ages and social classes, precisely because without this encounter, nothing essential can be done in the world.

From friends in cafes to classes in university amphitheaters, from friends we meet on facebook to the shopkeeper we go to buy something, all express the practical need for a meeting, and obviously this need is not superficial and negligible, but it is the rule and necessity of everyday life.

And the better use we make of each meeting, the better our lives become. So, if meeting with other people is valuable and necessary for our survival, then the meeting with our creator is even more valuable and brings wealth and life, present and not only.

Creative Clarity 7

The attributes of each creation are given only by the creator during the design period of a project to be created.

The moment a project, a creation, is decided to start, then, at that moment it is decided what attributes and for what purpose these attributes are given in the particular creation.

Any post-intervention that is not present in the original design by the creator is risky and this is easily understood if one buys a car and then wants to change its features, either in its exterior or in real interior content.

That is why understanding the words of the Bible, the words used to describe briefly and concisely but not in concealment of truth, is valuable to all people of all ages on earth.

The better we understand the design of the creator for us, the human race, the better we respond to our role in contemporary society and at the same time our daily lives cease to be hell, simply because we know the evils and can avoid them.

And even though we humans are afraid of God and do not want him in our lives, or are in so much need that we wait for God himself to come and take us by the hand in order for us to play our part in everyday life, this is neither true, not normal.

People are created to be a ruler and to daily play their proper role in society with personal and individual responsibility and not by imposing on others our own responsibilities or expecting the creator himself to intervene. Mistake.

People have the authority to be rulers and it is up to us to discover the way to escape the thrall of everyday life.

Creative Clarity 6

Our commitment to the wording used in the Bible for the creation of the universe is valuable.

On the one hand we can delve deeper into the information it gives us – get a better understanding of those distant events – and on the other, we can understand the difference between natural science research, that is, natural world research, and research of the issues of faith, which while having the same starting point of reflection and searching, in the end physics ends up utilizing our natural abilities for everyday life, while faith allows us to see the natural discoveries as part of a revelatory process and not the end of the world and of human pursuits.

It is through faith that we do not overlook and deny the value and importance of the revelations of science for the natural world, but on the contrary, utilizing the possibilities and methodology it uses, we discover paths that go far beyond the natural horizon of our daily lives. In a nutshell, understanding the words of the Bible is a provision and an extra human wealth that not only refers to the wealth and comfort of everyday life, but also leads us to seek out the creator himself who created us in accordance with his own model in order to imitate the creativity and work of Him.

Surprise!

A surprise is an external event that reaches us and creates a great impression, with whatever this implies.

Every time I discover something, I accept and experience a surprise, exactly because I never experienced something similar before, and I experience it now for the first time. This was the role of a miracle, an event that caused – and still causes – great surprise. Something unknown was happening for every single occasion.

We all understand that this role of surprise, or rather of events that cause a surprise, is a valuable beginning of life, because it upgrades my interest for the matter that concerns me.

This is not a fake trick, but a true reality that we all experience, one way or another. Every new thing that didn’t exist before, or I hadn’t noticed before, is refreshing for my personal interests and causes me to move further; it gives me courage to keep exploring.

However, the surprise is not a tool and element for ceasing or being interested in life, but a mental refueling stop before my next discovery. Our daily life never ceases to be a journey and the surprises are small “wow” to keep us going. Ceasing the journey of exploring the creator means a wrong interpretation of the surprises and refreshing events that the creator has placed in various points of our lives. The surprises and the miracles never cease to have a purpose, but the supplies I need and my goal are different: the recognition and awareness of the creative laws of life and the creator.
