We all know that our forces, physical and mental, are limited. They have size and duration. Both of these factors lead to the conclusion that our forces may not be sufficient for a greater need, but also that they decrease over time;

Physically because age is decisively linked to strength and mentally, because if our inner world is not cultivated, stagnation creates inhibitions and inertia, creates pathogens and ultimately hardness, fatigue, immobility and death.

And while for physical weakness we take all the necessary measures through food and physical exercises when it’s about our mental world, we deny the self-evident. Both knowledge and exercise are a foreign element in our everyday life.

We believe that our ancestral knowledge is sufficient, our grandmother’s practice is satisfactory, a candle lit for the Mother of God is enough, the idea of ​​my faith is enough and overflowing. And we use all this as excuses for our indifference, for refusing to choose the difficult truth from the easy lie.

Thus, we come to inner weakness, inner withering, consciousness mitigation, hypocrisy, greed without limits, and finally we are ready for burial without hope of resurrection.

We started well, we traveled irresponsibly, and we became bodies without hope, weak beings, with a strong body but a deadly inner world.

My strength lies in the knowledge of truth, the application of truth and the avoidance of lies.

This daily expression is often not mentioned literally in the Greek language, but in a conventional sense that refers to great harm. In other words, the person that was attacked can still be breathing and moving, but we all understand the great damage they have suffered. This damage can now be estimated as insignificant, but later it could prove to be terrible and deadly.

The person may temporarily breathe and move, but in essence their life has already been removed, and this will appear a little later. This truth of the phenomenal life that conceals the future death is what matters, because no one wants to die, not only today, but tomorrow and in the distant future. And as the ancient Greeks said, as death approaches, no one wants to die.

Whoever concocts death but overlaps his deadly act with a temporary life, is obviously not an ally of man but an enemy and a deadly one at that.

And each one is called not only to discern enemy from friend but also to discover the methods the enemy uses to steal, destroy and kill, as well as the methods their friend uses to save their life not only today but also tomorrow and in the future without an expiration date.

The discovery is a completely personal matter. There are discoveries that have consequences on our environment, family and society, but there are also personal discoveries.

And these little personal discoveries are of particular value, precisely because they concern our personal and individual lives. Everyone from a young age is invited to discover the world around us, to discover the world within us, to communicate with others our personal successes, to manage our little discoveries; discoveries about emotions, momentum, our intentions, our plans for the future and more. There is in ourselves a mechanism established since our birth, and this mechanism leads us and encourages us to move on to our discoveries; first the discovery of ourselves and later to discover the world, to interpret the behavior of the world, to discover ways of dealing with our everyday problems.

And this mechanism that we have since birth is powerful, it lasts as long as our earthly life, and as long as we cultivate it and keep it in good working condition, it yields fruit, first thirty, then sixty, then one hundred and finally there’s no more fruit.

And of course, this mechanism does not only work for the discovery of the world and solutions to everyday problems, but it also works in overcoming, searching, approaching, understanding and knowing our creator.

Although the title seems simple, we all know from everyday life that this is the most difficult thing in our lives.

That is either because we do not know the truth, or because we do not have the power to confess it, or because we want to deceive others or maybe because we like to lie, and not tell the truth. There is truth in small things, but there is also truth in the big things.

Every concealment of truth in small things has minor consequences, while every concealment of truth in great things has great consequences. And we all understand that if instead of concealing the truth I substitute truth with a lie, that is, I make the lie seem real, and then the issue goes on a whole new level. That happens because I do not silent, I do not silence the truth, but I make the lie seem as the truth in order to deceive. And that is obviously disastrous. Because replacing the truth with the lie will gradually bring down corruption to whatever this implies for our lives. And if it is small things, it can easily be dealt with.

But if it is in the big issues, then the absence of truth and the installation of lying in the form of truth is not only difficult to detect, but when it is discovered, it has already been rooted, and restoration requires difficult sacrifices and not all of us are willing to suffer.
