Porosis is a greek word, and one of its meanings is sclerosis. And when it comes to the heart, we all understand that the result of porosis is insensitivity, that is, there is no sense of reality. This, of course, is not visible to the naked eye, but is perceived through our behavior. An insensitive person is tough, makes tragic mistakes, and lives in another reality of his own, which is far from the truth.
Only the comparison with the truth can confirm the misbehavior of the insensitive. And modern people of the 21st century are called to be sensitive and not insensitive, we are called to be in and not out of the facts, to be active and not idle, we are called to do right and have the sensibility of a modern person and not the cruelness of a fanatic religious person, who has the religion as a cover for the inner hatred for people, the creation and the creator himself.
Porosis removes life and gradually leads to death. Sensitivity is produced and promoted by the daily renewal and testing of the presence of the living God in our everyday life and the problems we face.
